But also changing work environments, user requirements and new insights (possibly after incidents or accidents). These changes have been taken into account in the updated version of safety shoes standard EN ISO 20345. Read more below.
Your shoes should fit well. It is quite annoying to have to walk on uncomfortable shoes day in day out. When in doubt, it is therefore recommended to try a shoe on. Please bear in mind your work activities.
The size forms the most important aspect in terms of comfort. Narrow shoes are unhealthy and also very uncomfortable. In case of too large shoes your foot will slide, causing blisters and sweaty feet. Also ensure the right width size (depending on the production, different options will be available).
