That is why we are looking for a talented and ambitious colleague to join our tender team. You do not need experience, but you do need enthusiasm and perseverance. As a tender specialist, you will make an important contribution to the tender processes within our organisation. You will be responsible for your own tender projects and supervise the tenders from start to finish. You will work independently but also together with internal and external stakeholders to set up a successful tender project. You will be given freedom, independence and responsibility. It is up to you to make each tender a success. Your main tasks are:
- Supervising and coordinating the tender project.
- Devising the tender strategy, together with the tender team.
- Organising and supervising brainstorming sessions to arrive at a winning plan.
- Processing input from brainstorming sessions into a beating story on paper.
- Coordinating reviews to get the most out of your plans.
- Submitting a high-quality and convincing bid in a timely manner.
Who are you?
Preferably, you are working on, or have completed, a study in the direction of, for example, Business Administration or (Commercial) Economics. Of course, we are also open to other fields of study. We offer the possibility to start part-time during your studies. If the work suits you, you can start working full-time.
