Returns are possible within 30 days of receipt.
This can be done through the following steps:
Go to your order history.
That page you can here find.
Click on the button Create return. Make sure you click the button at the correct order line.
Enter the quantity per product and the reason for return.
You will now be taken to the returns page.
Click on the DHL logo and enter your address details
Pack the items well and use the top of the return form as an address carrier.
You place this on the outside of the packaging.
